The furniture felt dated, and the bathroom towels were too thin!!! Steep stairs and a bizarre floor plan made getting around rather inconvenient. A little modernization would do wonders to uplift the experience!!!

We loved exploring the Chatham fish pier, watching seals wait as fishing boats came in. The gardens were gorgeous and perfect for relaxing, while breakfast was a delicious spread that filled us up for our family adventures. The staff made us feel right at home.

In my wife's opinion, more dinner options would have been nice for families.

We had a delightful stay in the Garden Room! The room was cozy, though a little low-beamed, so watch your head! The breakfast hit the spot, and high tea was a lovely surprise. Make sure to stroll the beautiful gardens for a true Chatham experience.

Our stay was delightful with a stunning room that felt luxurious, including a massive, cloud-like bed and high-quality linens. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring an array of delicious options that were beautifully cooked. However, the service was a bit inconsistent at times, which affected our overall experience.

The staff seemed genuinely friendly and eager to help with any requests. The only drawback was the initial check-in chaos. we felt a little lost in finding our way around at first. It would have been nice to have clearer guidance on where to grab hot drinks and desserts at night. While Chatham is beautiful, dining options required a brisk walk and were limited. A car definitely helps explore further and ease getting to places. Overall, I left with wonderful memories but wished for a smoother start.

It was just a great fit for a little getaway in Chatham with high value for money. The grounds were lovely, and I enjoyed the coffee delivered to my room in the morning. Make sure to check out the afternoon tea for a nice treat.

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, excellent staff, and relaxing outdoor dining. On my first stay, they guided me to places with the best exchange rates. I'm returning for Easter!

Exceptional inn, peaceful surroundings, with a wonderful breakfast served in a charming dining area that includes delicious fresh pastries and fruit every morning. plus, the complimentary parking made exploring the area easy.
